Known for her compelling, gritty plays, Collin’s fourth production CPOW is the story of 17-year-old Midnight, who gets “caught up” in the sex trafficking industry in East Oakland.  Midnight is a troubled girl who navigates her way through this tumultuous life.  The Question Is: How did she get caught up, and is she able to escape the game and survive?

Taking place through April 2015, Sunday Suppers is a monthly event hosted by Penrose, a socially conscious restaurant serving wood-fired Californian cuisine, that brings together spectacular food and good company to raise money for a different East Bay organization working on behalf of the community. MISSSEY has been selected as one of these organizations for the month of March–meaning that proceeds from this event will support our work with trafficked youth!
